Is my pet welcome?
Yes absolutely;
Our pet fees are as follows:
Pet Deposit: $150 (fully-refundable, and due at move-in.) This deposit is in addition to the general security deposit due to hold an apartment for you.
Pet Fee: $150 (Non-Refundable, and also due at move-in.)
Pet Rent:
One Pet: $20.00 additional per month
Two Pets: $30.00 additional per month

What is the Application Fee?
A $45.00 application fee is required per person or $60.00 for a married couple to cover the administrative costs for reviewing credit and rental history. Anyone over the age of 18 will be required to complete an application and be listed as a lease holder. Each application must be accompanied by a deposit check. Applicants must have verifiable monthly income equal to three times the monthly rent and a satisfactory credit report.
What is the Adminstrative fee?
The admin fee is $100 fee that is due at move-in. This is a non-refundable fee.
How much is the security deposit?
$175
Do you accept co-signers?
Yes, if all qualifications are met
Can I use my barbecue grill.
Unfortunately, the Fire Marshall of Lenexa will not allow any residents to grill at any apartment community in Lenexa.
