Will you accept my pets?
The Dunes at St. Andrews would be happy to accept your pets with a $250 pet fee and $250 pet deposit. There is also a $20-$30 monthly pet rent, breed restrictions, a weight limit of 50 lbs, and a 2 pet maximum.

What is the Application Fee?
The application fee is $45 per person or $65 per married couple.

What is the Security Deposit?
The security deposit is $175.
